Ms. Seema Agarwal (PGDM batch 2018-20) has been promoted to the position of Manager at Better.com. Seema joined Better.com as an Analyst and progressed through roles such as Subject Matter Expert and Team Lead. During her tenure as a Team Lead, she received the “Mountain Mover” Award and the “Aces All Day” in recognition of achieving significant milestones, along with Performance Shoutout.
Mr. Amit Kumar Gupta (PGDM batch 2016-18) has received the Spot Award for his outstanding performance in Deloitte.
Mr. Sayak Sinha (PGDM batch 2021-23) has received the “Best Employee of the Month of August” for his outstanding performance in Firstsource Solutions Limited.
Ms. Jasmine (PGDM batch 2019-21) has received the Applause Award and the Spot Award for her outstanding performance in Deloitte.
Mr. Sourojyoti Ghosh (PGDM batch 2020-22) has received the “Applause Award” in Deloitte. This award was for his consistent efforts on meeting the project delivery deadlines.
Ms. Shivani Mundhra and Mr. Rishav Bhattacharjee (PGDM batch 2020-22) have received the “SPOT Award” at Ernst & Young – Global Delivery Services for their dedication and perseverance that contributed to the success of the organization.
Mr. Harsh Vivek (PGDM batch 2019-21) has received the “Top Contributor Award” in H1 for FY 22-23 at ICICI Bank Limited. Harsh is currently working in ICICI Bank Limited as Accounts Manager, handling MNC portfolio of top clients like Flipkart Group, Appario, TITAN Group etc.
Mr. Shreyash Khaitan (PGDM batch 2018-20) has received the Quarterly Recognition Award at Appario Retail. Shreyash is currently leading the Audio Portfolio for MVR Programme where he manages brands which have potential to grow big through focussed efforts. He has been recognised for his contribution towards growing a new brand “Obage”.
Ms. Alisha Sheikh (PGDM Batch 2019-21) has received the “Best Performer Award in EPL Business Head League” for east zone in ICICI Bank Limited for her outstanding performance. Alisha joined ICICI Bank Limited in 2021 and is presently working as a Relationship Manager.
Mr. Rahul Mandalia (PGDM batch 2016-18) has received two “Applause Award” and one “Spot Award” in Deloitte. These awards were for his contribution on large tax transformation initiatives for multinational clients where he had assisted with the planning, design & implementation of tax technologies and process strategies. Rahul is currently working as a Technology Consultant at Deloitte India.
Mr. Sombuddha Banerjee (PGDM batch 2016-18) has received the “Certificate of UDAAN” in CESC Limited. This certificate is in recognition of his dedicated efforts in procurement of materials. Sombuddha is presently working as an Executive – Materials in CESC Limited.
Ms. Sagnika Dutta (PGDM batch 2016-18) has received “Titan Award” in GlobalData for her outstanding performance across 2021 in consistent research and client support. Sagnika is currently working in GlobalData as Associate Project Manager. Sagnika was given this award at the India Annual Awards for GlobalData by Mr. Mike Danson, the CEO and Co-founder of GlobalData PLC.
Mr. Snigdho Sundar Kundu (PGDM batch 2014-16) is starting on a new opportunity with Amazon US, as a Business Intelligence Engineer II. This internal transfer is owing to his outstanding performance in Amazon. Snigdho will work for the Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Organization within Amazon and his new work location will be Bellevue, Washington.
Mr. Harsh Bansal (PGDM batch 2019-21), has received “Applause Award” in Deloitte Consulting USI. He has also been awarded with a cash bonus of INR 10000. The award was for his contribution in CURA Digitization for SAP Bootcamp Learning Content in Deloitte Consulting USI.
Divyam Bhatia (PGDM batch 2015-17) has got the “People Manager Award” – Best Manager Award for Quarter 3 (August – November 2017) in Amazon. He has been awarded a prize money of INR 10,000.
Neha Shourie (PGDM batch 2013-15) has been awarded “Best Newcomer PRM” in category of “Star Performance – Newcomer Portfolio Manager” for FY 2017-18 in Kotak Mahindra Bank, by Mr. Sunil Daga (Country Head – Business Banking). Neha achieved INR 30 crores of revenue against the target of INR 12.6 crores. She overachieved all the targets within 6 months of joining the organization.
Deepak Bokaria (PGDM batch 2013-15) has received several rewards and recognition in PwC during FY 2018-19.
Dhruv Chakarvarty (PGDM batch 2015-17) has got the first prize from Tata Steel for implementing MART’s Rural Consumer Acquisition Model in Rajasthan. For his outstanding performance he has been appreciated with a cash award of INR 40,000.
Abhimanyu Mazumdar (PGDM batch 2014-16) has been awarded “Employee Excellence Award” in Mott MacDonald for the month of May 2018. Abhimanyu played a key role in delivering a “Techno Economic Viability cum Valuation Study” for Essar Shipping Limited (Mott MacDonald’s Client).
Amit Kumar Gupta (PGDM batch 2016-18) has received the “Employee of the Quarter” award for Q1 (January – March 2019) at GlobalData Hyderabad, for his outstanding performance.
Piyush Pagaria (PGDM batch 2014-16) has got the “Kishalaya Award” on December 16, 2017 for being the Best Management Trainee in CESC Limited. He has been awarded a certificate and a gift voucher of Shoppers Stop by Mr. Goutam Ray, Executive Director – HR.
Rajashree Sahoo (PGDM batch 2015-17) has been awarded “Sparklers” award in ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited for January-March quarter 2018, for her contribution in sales (SIP and Equity) from Kolkata. Rajashree had activated a dormant channel – Axis Securities and garnered a major INR 20 lakhs (for West Bengal and North East) worth of SIP. She was ranked the highest for pan-India market share at IPru. After her initiation, the other regions are now looking at Axis Securities for SIP drive.
Prosenjit Banik (PGDM batch 2014-16) has received the “League of Legends” award in Proptiger, for his outstanding performance in March 2019. He has also received a gift voucher of INR 3,000 and a cash prize of INR 1.75 lakhs.
Harsh Kariwala (PGDM batch 2014-16) has received the Tax Spot Awards for Outstanding Value to Clients in December ’16 and September ’17 in Deloitte. He has also received the Shining Star Award from Tax Management Consultancy Team (TMC team) in November 2017.
Sloke Poddar (PGDM batch 2017-19) has been recruited by OYO Rooms as Business Development Manager. After the initial induction programme, Sloke has dominated account sales with signing of 71 rooms in SWS across two properties and has received the accolade of “the new kid on the block”.
Akash Garg (PGDM batch 2014-16) has received the Spot Award for Outstanding Value to Clients in Dec ’16 in Deloitte.
Abhishek Banerjee (PGDM batch 2011-13) has been awarded “Core Value Award – Risk Taking” in Spencer’s Retail Ltd. He was felicitated on RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group Foundation Day, held on July 13, 2018 at the Biswabangla Convention Hall in NewTown.
Sachin Saxena (PGDM batch 2014-16) has been awarded the “HCL ERS Champion Award” for his achievement in “Process Excellence” in the Quarter AMJ – 19, during the “All Hands Meet Rewards and Recognition Programme” of HCL Technologies. Sachin is working with HCL Technologies (Noida) as a Senior Business Analyst, since February 2019.
Rajanikant Dubey (PGDM batch 2014-16) has been awarded “CASA Mobilisation for Q3” (end of December 2017) in ICICI Bank Limited. He has been awarded a certificate for the same. Rajanikant ended the Q3 on a positive note by 7 crores and was felicitated by his Zonal Head for the exemplary performance.
Aditi Oberoi (PGDM batch 2011-13) was awarded “PwC Experience Award” for demonstrating PwC core values and exhibiting experience behavior, in November 2017, as a Senior Consultant, Government and Public Sector, for PwC. She is now engaged with National Health Agency – Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on AB-NHPM (Ayushman Bharat – National Health Protection Mission).
Esha Kajaria (PGDM batch 2016-18) has received the “Top Performer Award” in HDFC Bank Limited for Cluster Head, Branch Banking Drive in June. This award is for retail sales in life insurance category.
Parameswar Ghoshal (PGDM batch 2014-16) has been promoted to Branch Manager of GIC Housing Finance, Siliguri branch office. He has set a record in GIC, by becoming the “Youngest Branch Manager” in the history of the company. His name and designation has been published in The Telegraph and Anandabazar Patrika (Siliguri edition) of March 2018.
Nitesh Pratap Mall (PGDM batch 2016-18) has been awarded “Best Performer Award” in Guiltfree Industries Ltd. (Too Yumm). He achieved both primary and secondary sales target for the month of July, in Central and Eastern UP zones.
Avishek Majumdar (PGDM batch 2012-14) has received the “UDAAN Award 2019” in CESC Limited. This award is in recognition of his efforts towards customer grievance resolution during the Online Chat by the Managing Director. Avishek was also the recipient of “UDAAN Award 2016”. He joined CESC Limited in 2014 as a Management Trainee and is presently working as a Senior Executive.
Debarpan Naha (PGDM batch 2015-17) has received the Young Achiever’s Award – “Udaan” as Best Executive Officer of North Regional Office, CESC Limited, for his contribution towards reduction of “Not Read” meter count to an all-time low 50% from last year and keeping it to 1.8% out of around 6.1 lakhs consumers of North Kolkata.This award is given to him for showing exemplary contribution towards the benefits of the company, maintaining consistency throughout the year and performing few responsibilities beyond the call of duty. He has received a Certificate of Recognition and Gift Vouchers.
Anukalp Saini (PGDM batch 2016-18) has received the “Outstanding Performance Award” in the cycle meeting of Roche Diabetes Care India at Renaissance Hotel Mumbai, on April 16, 2019. The Certificate of Achievement is given for his outstanding performance in the successful launch of “Accu chek Instant S” in 2018 and consistently achieving targets since his joining the company in April 2018. He secured the second position in the west region. Currently he is based in Goa.
Piyush Agrawal (PGDM batch 2017-19), from ICICI Securities Limited, Park Street branch in Kolkata has secured 160% achievement pan-India. From east, he is the pan-India achiever in MT category. He has qualified for National Competency Development Program, as a part of the prestigious CEO forum.
Nitika Agrawal & Akanksha Singh (PGDM batch 2015-17) and Rishav Lohia & Rishu Agarwal (PGDM batch 2016-18) have received the Spot Award for rendering outstanding value to the client at Deloitte. This award is in recognition of their achievements beyond expected client delivery.
Danial Mohammed (PGDM batch 2013-15), has joined as Manager, Kantar Analytics, North America. He has been able to secure an internal transfer recently to Kantar, Toronto, Canada, in September 2019. Danial has been associated with the marketing research firm Kantar (formerly known as IMRB International, in India) since 2015, after completion of his PGDM Programme from IMI Kolkata. While in IMI Kolkata, Danial had undertaken the dual degree program from IAE, Université François Rabelais de Tours, France.
Mr. Anuj Bhandari (PGDM batch 2017-19) has been awarded “Sparkle” award in ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited for January-March quarter 2021, for his contribution in sales and strategic initiatives. Anuj is working as a Deputy Manager in ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited.
Mr. Vipin Jain (PGDM batch 2017-19) has received “Employee of the Quarter” award in HDFC Life for his outstanding performance in January-March quarter 2021. Vipin is working as a Manager in HDFC Life.
Mr. Shreyash Khaitan (PGDM batch 2018-20) has received a Certificate of Achievement for winning the “Bahubali Weekly Mega Championship” for April 2021, in Marico Limited for his outstanding performance. Shreyash has also been recognised as part of the “Marico’s Crème de la Crème” in the May 2021 Edition for being in the top 100 employees of the country in the sales function. He is working as a Territory Sales Officer in Marico Limited.
