About Sonakshi Gupta

Prof. Sonakshi Gupta completed her FPM (PhD) from Indian Institute of Management, Indore . She teaches courses such as Organizational Behaviour 1, Organizational Behaviour 2, HR Analytics, Human Resource Management, HR Metrics and Dashboard and Leadership. Her primary research interests are in the area of Servant Leadership, Leadership discourse, HR analytics. She uses a mix of qualitative and quantitative methodologies for her research.
She has presented multiple papers in international and national conferences. She is also a reviewer of an international journal. Before joining IMI Kolkata she has taught at T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal and Woxsen University.
