Amember of Laboratory Cermat, he focused his research on user behaviour and acceptance of the technology in an intercultural approach. He takes up E-commerce and Business Courses at IMI-K.
He is a Research Fellow at the Telecom Institute – School of Management, a Lecturer in Management Sciences at the IAE of Poitiers University and Research Associate at Institute of Communication Sciences of the CNRS (ISCC).

In recent years, he is engaged in research in in partnership with MyId (a start-up) and La Poste (ADHF and DIDES).

Mr. Chatterjee is presently the Executive Director of Luxmi Group, Calcutta. He is also the Chairman of Obeetee Inc: a home furninishings company serving specialty stores based in Secaucus, NJ and a Director of Luxmi Township, a Real Estate company. Previously, he was a consultant in Booz Allen Hamilton, New York.

Dr. Chatterjee, a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and member of Indian Society for Training and Development, is a dynamic banker with over 33 years of experience. He is a visiting faculty in banking to ICFAI Business School, Kolkata, and Techno India Institute of Technology and Management, Kolkata. He was in charge of the HRD and training management of a reputed nationalised bank, and successfully upgraded training colleges for ISO 9001:2008 certification. His core strength has been loan administration, retail and consumer credit, banking business development, relationship management and profit planning. He has successfully handled the Credit portfolio at branches, zonal offices and corporate offices. He has designed customer-friendly credit schemes for the retail and priority sectors and NBFCs.
