It gives me immense pleasure to invite you to participate in the placement process of International Management Institute Kolkata(IMI Kolkata) which is one of the three Chapters of IMI, India’s first corporate-sponsored business school. The information presented here is a part of our continuing endeavor to serve the industry and the corporate world.We are glad to inform you that IMI Kolkata’s flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Programme is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) with effect from 2016. The programme is internationally accreditation by AMBA. We are also active member of EFMD and AACSB. The programme is also accorded equivalence with Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
The past disruptions have affected firms widely. It is important for managers and other stakeholders to recognize the characteristics and patterns of disruptions, as undesirable outcomes may be caused if such patterns are not identified and understood. It is believed that with access to knowledge and technological advances, managers may be able to assess firms’ investment opportunities appropriately to mitigate the most material risks. IMIK’s academic objectives are mostly in the light of preparing our students to face up to the many disruptions we often observe in businesses.
